• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days (South Africa)

While we aim to meet these delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor your delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the product.
